I've got an exam in my advanced garde manger class. gotta make a 2 plates each; an appetiizer and an entree. If I get a chance I'll take a few pics of my plate presentations, its been a while since i've uploaded anything. wish me luck

Just suprised that I've reached 2,010 views, thanks for all the support. Sorry (to the few of you who actually view my work) about not uploading any platings or photos, my camera broke and i'm trying to find a new one without spending too much money ( still recovering from my trip to europe).
By the way, yes it is 5 a.m. where I am, because I rely on public transit.

...Just got my final grades for the semester and found out that I have failed my Menu Planning and design course. Dunno what to do until I can my instructor responds or I can contact my program coordiator, so I'll just try to enjoy the holiday season as best I can. Please pray for me.
